Tony Stepanek has been promoted to the position of Vice President – Engineering and Environmental. Tony began his career at AGP in 1998 when he joined as a Project Manager in Engineering at the corporate office in Omaha, NE. In 2008, Tony was promoted to Senior Project Manager. Following the successful completion of several projects, Tony was promoted to Director of Engineering in 2013 and subsequently Senior Director in 2019. Prior to joining AGP, Tony had more than ten years of engineering and project experience. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, as well as being a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Paul Wahlmeier has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Finance. Paul joined AGP as Senior Director of Finance in March of 2021 from Gavilon where he was Vice President of Strategy, leading their business development and expansion efforts. Paul’s previous professional experience also includes various finance roles at Union Pacific where he was involved in capital planning, business development, and audit. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hastings College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
